1 Tbsp Goji Berries (soaked in boiling water for 15mins and drained)

1 Tbsp Dried Strawberries
1/2 cup almonds
1 Tbsp desiccated coconut
Give the almonds and coconut a quick blitz until they form a crumb, then add the drained goji berries and strawberries and blend again.
If too dry add a tiny amount of water, if too wet add a little almond meal
Press into the base of silicon holds with your fingers.
Use the remainder to make into bliss balls

1/2 cup fresh chopped strawberries
1 Tbsp goji berries (soaked in boiling water for 15mins and drained)
1 Tbsp coconut sugar or other natural sweetener to taste
