“Homemade Granola with goji berries”

Many people have granola for breakfast. It’s a healthy and filling meal that is easy to carry with you during the day. Some granolas are filled with sugar, others don’t have enough spice, and some granolas just seem too expensive because of all the extra mix-ins they’re loaded up with. In this post I’ll show you how to make your own granola at home so that it tastes exactly like what you want!

This granola recipe is so easy and tastes delicious! And the best part is, it’s completely customizable. With just a few simple ingredients you can whip up granola that suits your taste buds perfectly. Homemade granola with goji berries will get you through those long mornings of work or school without feeling deprived or hungry.

Making granola at home also means no preservatives, so you know exactly what goes into the food you’re feeding your family. This recipe for homemade granola with goji berries will get your day started off right!
– Recipe Servings: 1 cup of granola yields 12 servings or 4 cups of dry ingredients (approximately 16 oz.)
– Prep Time: 20 minutes; Cook Time: 30 minutes; Total Time: 50 minutes
– Ingredients Needed for Homemade Granola with Goji Berries Recipe include oat flour, honey, brown sugar, coconut oil.

It’s easy to make! Simply stir together the dry ingredients, drizzle in your wet ones and mix it all up. Bake for 30 minutes – that’s it! Healthy granola with a delicious flavor you can’t resist will be ready for eating right away or freezing into snack size bags so they’re super quick to grab on those days when time simply doesn’t allow baking from scratch like before…
It really doesn’t take much effort-in fact we simplify things as much possible here: just three steps (plus an optional fourth).

My healthy granola recipe is a simple mixture of four basic ingredients: whole rolled oats, maple syrup cinnamon and coconut oil. The mix-ins are what create the different flavors for you!

Almond butter is a key ingredient in this granola recipe because it adds an almond-y nutty flavor and packs the food with protein.

Chopped walnuts are an excellent addition to any recipe. They add crunch, protein and healthy fats that can help you stay energized all day long! I often substitute them for another nut or seed but my favorites include chopped almonds pecans pistachios cashews sunflower seeds

Unsweetened coconut flakes add a bold flavor and crispy texture to this delicious recipe. I love the way they give it that extra something special!

Dried gojiberries are a great way to add sweetness and chewiness without the added sugar. I love them, but you can swap out those dried fruits for other healthier alternatives like raisins or chopped apricots if that’s what your looking for!

Homemade Granola Tips
More nutty clusters mean better granola.
Big clumps of oats and nuts are hands down the best part of this delicious breakfast food! To encourage these lumps to form, press your mixture into an 1-inch thick oval for 15 minutes while it’s still hot from cooking. Then remove pan from oven using a fork; gently break apart any large pieces with care so they stay intact when baking again later on – just 15 more mins at 350 degrees should do the trick here (no need to be fancy).
You’ll end up with lotsa yummy chewies in no time flat if you follow our simple steps above
Let it cool before diving in.
Let the granola cool for 15 minutes before eating so you can enjoy a crispy and crunchy treat!
This homemade cereal is delicious when it’s fresh off the oven, but if left resting on its pan of cooling sheets then all your work will be rewarded with an extra crisp finish.
Add the dried fruit at the end.
When you’re ready to add the dried fruit, do so after your granola has cooled and hardened. This will ensure that any additions are chewy rather than crisp! And feel free to throw in some chocolate chips as well – they go perfectly with this mix of nutty flavors and crispy crunchies

Granola is a healthy and versatile snack that you can eat on its own or add to your favorite recipes. You could enjoy granola with some homemade maple vanilla oat milk, for example – just make sure to store it tightly sealed in an airtight container so the cereal will last longer!
